The PADI Master Scuba Diver rating is the highest level that can be achieved by a recreational diver in the PADI program and denotes superior proficiency and achievement.

In order to become a Master Scuba Diver you need to have logged 50 dives and completed the following courses:

PADI Advanced Open Water

The PADI Advanced Open Water course is designed to further your diving experience under the supervision of a professional instructor. You will undertake three dives, from number of choices including wreck diving, peak performance bouyancy, drift diving, photography and more. There are also two mandatory dives - deep diving & underwater navigation,bringing the total number of dives to 5.

This course is ideal for beginners looking to learn more about diving and advance their skills, or experienced Open Water divers looking for a new challenge.

Emergency First Response

Emergency First Response is an innovative CPR/first aid program. Whether you are a diver or non-diver this course gives you the confidence to respond and offer assistance should an emergency situation arise. The course covers CPR and First Aid.

In order to continue your education to Rescue Diver Level and above you will require training in CPR and First Aid. This course replaces the old Medic First Aid course.

PADI Rescue Diver

A must for any diver that plans on furthering his experience. In this course you learn to deal with a number of diving emergencies. Your instructor will take you beyond what you thought were your limits. And you will gain more confidence in your diving skills. For certification you need the proof of CPR and Medic First Aid training within the last 2 years. The PADI EFR course meets this requirement. Course cost includes PADI materials.

PADI Divemaster
 

Deciding on which dive center to take your PADI Divemaster course with is an important one. Our internship course will teach you everything you need to know to assist in a dive centre anywhere in the world. In addition to the diving and safety aspects, you will also learn about compressor airfills and maintenance, equipment servicing, customer service, dive organisation and planning. In addition we offer free Nitrox certification, the PADI Deep Diver specialty for only $80 and a shark dive for a discounted price of $55.

PADI requires you to have a minimum of 60 logged dives before you complete the course. If you don't have this many then don't worry! We include free fun dives as part of the cost of the course to make sure you satisfy the PADI requirements.

All our divemaster trainees are entitled to a 50% discount on all speciality courses whilst they are with us and free diving for life with Reef Gliders providing there is room on the boats and you are willing to lend a hand!
